Application
This ZR material flap disc is mainly used in heavy-duty industrial fields requiring high-temperature resistance and long-time continuous operation, suitable for grinding of high-hardness metals and high-temperature workpieces, including but not limited to:
- Heavy-duty grinding of high-alloy steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel and other high-hardness metal materials;
- Grinding and finishing of forging parts, casting parts and heat-treated workpieces, which generate high heat during processing;
- Welding seam grinding and slag removal for large-scale metal structures, boilers, pressure vessels and other equipment;
- Continuous grinding in steel mills, forging factories and other high-temperature working environments;
- Grinding and repair of large mechanical equipment components and heavy-duty auto parts.
Advantage
Superior Heat Resistance: ZR abrasive grains can maintain stable performance under high-temperature conditions (up to hundreds of degrees Celsius), avoiding softening or loss of sharpness due to overheating, suitable for long-time continuous grinding.
Strong Self-Sharpening Performance: The abrasive grains can automatically peel off the dull surface during grinding, exposing new sharp edges, ensuring consistent grinding efficiency throughout the service life.
High Toughness & Wear Resistance: ZR material has better toughness than ordinary abrasive materials, not easy to break, and the service life is 2-3 times that of ordinary AO flap discs, greatly reducing processing costs.
Reinforced Structure: The reinforced backing plate and high-temperature resistant adhesive prevent delamination and flap falling off, ensuring safe operation even under heavy-duty grinding conditions.
Excellent Grinding Quality: Even under high-temperature and heavy-load conditions, it can still ensure uniform grinding, avoiding workpiece surface damage and improving the finished product.
