Description
Our industrial-grade Grinding Disc for Inox/Stainless Steel is a professional abrasive tool exclusively engineered for the precision grinding of stainless steel (inox) alloys of all grades, including 304, 316, 201 and other high-nickel chromium stainless steel materials. Adopting high-purity white fused alumina/single crystal corundum as the core abrasive material and advanced high-strength resin binder, the disc is formed by high-temperature and high-pressure curing technology, with uniform abrasive grain distribution and dense matrix structure. The product features a thickened glass fiber reinforced backing, which is compatible with mainstream industrial grinding equipment such as angle grinders and straight grinders (100mm-180mm conventional specifications are fully covered). It realizes high cutting efficiency and low abrasive loss in the grinding process, and the low-heat grinding design effectively avoids high-temperature burn, discoloration and deformation of stainless steel base material, and no abrasive grain embedding or secondary pollution to the workpiece surface, ensuring the grinding precision and surface finish of stainless steel parts.

Applications
This stainless steel special grinding disc is tailored for the industrial processing characteristics of inox materials, and is widely used in various stainless steel processing scenarios in manufacturing, metal processing and maintenance industries, including but not limited to:
1.General stainless steel metal processing: Deburring, edge trimming and surface rough grinding of stainless steel plates, pipes, profiles and castings;
2.Welding seam processing: Grinding and leveling of welding seams, welding beads and slag removal for stainless steel structural parts, pipe joints and equipment welding positions;
3.Mechanical equipment manufacturing: Rough and semi-finish grinding of stainless steel components of chemical equipment, food machinery, medical equipment and marine equipment;
4.Sheet metal and engineering machinery: Surface finishing and shape correction of stainless steel sheet metal parts, engineering machinery stainless steel accessories and structural parts;
5.Hardware and kitchenware production: Pre-polishing grinding treatment of stainless steel hardware accessories, kitchen and bathroom products, stainless steel furniture and decorative parts;
6.On-site maintenance and renovation: Emergency grinding, repair and surface refurbishment of stainless steel pipelines, industrial equipment and stainless steel building facades in industrial plants, construction sites and shipyards.
Advantages
1. Inox/Stainless Steel Special Formulation, No Base Material Damage
Exclusive abrasive grain ratio for stainless steel alloys, moderate hardness and high toughness of white fused alumina, which can quickly remove the material without embedding into the stainless steel surface; low-heat grinding performance effectively prevents the base material from high-temperature discoloration, oxidation and thermal deformation, and ensures the dimensional accuracy of processed workpieces.
2. High Grinding Efficiency & Low Consumption, Cost-Effective
Advanced resin bonding technology makes the abrasive grains firmly combined with the matrix, not easy to fall off and wear; the uniform abrasive grain distribution maximizes the cutting area, and the grinding efficiency is 30% higher than that of ordinary universal grinding discs. The long service life reduces the frequency of disc replacement and lowers the single-station processing cost for industrial production.
3. Reinforced Structure, Industrial-Grade Safety & Stability
Thickened glass fiber reinforced backing with multi-layer composite design, strong impact resistance and anti-cracking performance, which can adapt to the high-speed operation of industrial grinding equipment (complies with international abrasive tool safety standards). The flat and balanced disc surface ensures no violent vibration during grinding, improving the operation safety of workers and the grinding uniformity of workpieces.
4. Low Dust & Low Noise, Optimized Operating Environment
Optimized abrasive grain arrangement and porous matrix design reduce dust splashing during the grinding process, and the special resin binder effectively lowers the operating noise of the disc. It reduces the pollution of dust and noise to the workshop, and is more in line with the environmental protection and occupational health requirements of modern industrial production.
5. Full Specification Coverage, Strong Equipment Compatibility
Covers the conventional industrial specifications of 100mm, 115mm, 125mm, 150mm and 180mm, and is perfectly compatible with electric angle grinders, pneumatic grinders and other mainstream grinding equipment on the market. It can meet the grinding needs of different working conditions such as small part fine processing and large structural part heavy grinding.
6. No Secondary Pollution, Improving Follow-Up Processing Efficiency
The abrasive material and binder do not contain iron-containing impurities, and no black marks or residue will be left on the stainless steel surface after grinding, avoiding the tedious process of secondary cleaning of the workpiece. The smooth and uniform grinding surface can directly connect with the subsequent polishing and finishing processes, greatly improving the overall production efficiency of the production line.
