Following sample trials and quality audits, we finalized the contract on March 12, 2025. The customer needed fiber discs for deburring and finishing large steel structures, demanding uniform surface quality and long service life. We upgraded the disc’s backing material to a high-density fiberboard and optimized abrasive grain distribution. After 3 months of use, the factory reported a 25% reduction in disc consumption and smoother surface finishes on their products.
