Following 2 months of negotiation and sample testing, we signed the contract on January 8, 2025. The customer needed 14-inch cutting discs for high-volume concrete cutting at infrastructure sites, emphasizing impact resistance and fast cutting speed. We optimized the resin bond formula and reinforced the disc core to withstand harsh Indian construction conditions. The first batch of 30,000 discs was delivered in February, and the customer reported a 15% increase in cutting efficiency compared to their previous supplier.
