After verifying compliance with local safety standards (PSQCA), we signed the contract on April 20, 2025. The customer required 10,000 safety helmets for their high-rise construction projects, emphasizing impact resistance and ventilation for hot Pakistani summers. We designed a dual-density EPS liner and added 8 ventilation slots to balance protection and breathability. The helmets passed third-party impact tests, and the consortium has since placed a repeat order for an additional 8,000 units.
