Description
Our Mounted Flap Wheel (Flap Wheel Point) consists of tightly stacked aluminum oxide abrasive sanding flaps securely bonded onto a sturdy 6mm steel shaft. Designed to be installed on die grinders, rotary tools and electric straight grinders.
The flexible layered sanding flaps fit irregular, curved and hard-to-reach workpiece surfaces perfectly. Uniform abrasive distribution delivers consistent grinding, deburring and surface finishing performance. Available in multiple diameters (50mm / 80mm) and various grit options such as 80#, 120#, 180#, 240# to meet rough grinding and fine polishing requirements.
This abrasive mounted flap wheel is an ideal choice to replace rigid grinding bits, offering better conformability and lower risk of scratching workpieces.
