FALCON PT27 6-Inch Stainless Steel Grinding Disc
Our FALCON PT27 6-inch Stainless Steel Grinding Disc is designed for medium-sized stainless steel fabrication, providing a larger working diameter to help improve grinding coverage and working efficiency. Measuring 150 × 6.0 × 22.2 mm, our disc is suitable for compatible 6-inch angle grinders and is developed for professional grinding applications involving larger weldments, pipes, frames, and stainless steel structural components.
The 150 mm format is one of our practical size options between the smaller 125 mm disc and the larger 180 mm and 230 mm formats. We designed this size to provide more working coverage while maintaining practical control during grinding. It is particularly suitable for customers who regularly process medium-sized components and need to follow weld seams, edges, and profiles with reasonable handling.
Our grinding disc is formulated specifically for stainless steel and inox materials and is suitable for commonly processed grades such as 304, 316, and 201 stainless steel. It can be used for weld seam grinding, material correction, edge preparation, burr removal, and general rough grinding. The 6.0 mm thickness provides a stable working profile and supports consistent grinding performance in conventional industrial applications.
With a 22.2 mm bore, our 150 mm grinding disc is designed for compatible 6-inch angle grinder configurations. The disc has a maximum peripheral speed of 80 m/s and a maximum operating speed of 10,200 RPM.
