Description
The FALCON PT27 4.5-inch Stainless Steel Grinding Disc is designed around the widely used 115 mm angle grinder platform and provides a practical balance between compact handling and useful grinding coverage. Measuring 115×6.0×22.2 mm, this Type 27 depressed-center grinding wheel is suitable for professional stainless steel fabrication, repair and maintenance work where operators need a versatile disc for everyday grinding tasks.
The 115 mm format is particularly suitable for weld seam treatment, edge correction and general grinding on stainless steel pipes, tubes, sheets, brackets and fabricated assemblies. It offers more working coverage than a 100 mm disc while remaining compact enough for operators to maneuver around corners, pipe connections and smaller structural components.
Our 4.5" (115 mm) grinding disc is built for stainless steel, covering common grades such as 304、316 .It is intended for grinding applications rather than cutting. Typical tasks include weld bead leveling, slag removal, burr removal, edge preparation and surface correction. The 6.0 mm thickness provides a stable working profile for general-purpose rough grinding.
Its 22.2 mm bore corresponds to common 4.5-inch angle grinder configurations. The Type 27 depressed-center construction allows the grinding surface to be positioned effectively on the workpiece while maintaining clearance around the mounting area. The disc has a maximum peripheral speed of 80 m/s and a maximum operating speed of 13,300 RPM when used with suitable equipment.
